What we do
Colten Care Ltd use Alecta for reactive and preventative maintenance and have an ’Alecta Deluxe’ service contract in place for our 20 Care Homes across the South. This contract gives us peace of mind that our appliances are always maintained to a high standard and that callout and labour costs are covered. Alecta has proved themselves to be a very responsive, trustworthy, reliable, professional and extremely efficient team. Our Hotel Service’s team and chefs across all of our homes are very impressed with the quality of work, sustained high level of service and we are delighted to be working with them.
We appointed Alecta technical Solutions 4 years ago as I felt that they cared about us as a client and wanted to make sure we had the service levels to ensure minimal breakdowns and minimal disruptions to our business. They are ideally based centrally on all our coffee shops with a team that genuinely care and not only deliver but exceed our expectations. Alecta has supported our catering managers with 7 days a week breakdown support, they have gone to all lengths to ensure we can deliver the service levels and standards our customers expect for a long-established local business. We have purchased one of the items from the sales team over the years which Alecta also installed and more recently we have been working together on the refurbishment of two of our coffee shops. I would highly recommend Alecta who I feel we have formed a partnership to maintain and grow the catering side of our business and not just a contractor and client relationship.

Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott has been with Alecta for many years looking after our kitchen equipment and carrying out some projects on behalf of the hotel. The service they provide is very reliable and work is always of good quality. Recently I had a major issue with a piece of kitchen equipment and they managed it on my behalf with the manufacturer and secured some free of charge parts to help soften the blow. Project work at the hotel has been quoted for and completed to a very high standard. Currently, we are working on some minor improvement projects and hope to continue to utilise Alecta’s expertise. Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
When my mum's oven broke down, she didn’t know where to turn. We called Alecta in the hope they could repair it promptly. Despite living in ‘Covid’ times’ the Alecta Engineer, Mark arrived who was very efficient when he came to the house. He wore a mask and a fresh pair of overalls, sanitising on entry & exit and was very safety conscious. Above all, he was very friendly, polite and a pleasure to have in the home. After quickly diagnosing the problem, the Alecta Team were very efficient in ordering the parts required and returned promptly to complete the repair of the oven. Our oven is working perfectly again, a very efficient & safe service, we will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to family & friends.
