Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott has been with Alecta for many years looking after our kitchen equipment and carrying out some projects on behalf of the hotel. The service they provide is very reliable and work is always of good quality. Recently I had a major issue with a piece of kitchen equipment and they managed it on my behalf with the manufacturer and secured some free of charge parts to help soften the blow. Project work at the hotel has been quoted for and completed to a very high standard. Currently, we are working on some minor improvement projects and hope to continue to utilise Alecta’s expertise. When my mum's oven broke down, she didn’t know where to turn. We called Alecta in the hope they could repair it promptly. Despite living in ‘Covid’ times’ the Alecta Engineer, Mark arrived who was very efficient when he came to the house. He wore a mask and a fresh pair of overalls, sanitising on entry & exit and was very safety conscious. Above all, he was very friendly, polite and a pleasure to have in the home. After quickly diagnosing the problem, the Alecta Team were very efficient in ordering the parts required and returned promptly to complete the repair of the oven. Our oven is working perfectly again, a very efficient & safe service, we will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to family & friends.

I am the Business Support Administrator at Alecta supporting the Operations Manager Nicola and the rest of team with the day to day running of the business to ensure a high level of service to all our clients.
My name is Will I am 35, a father of two little monsters, and currently living in Ringwood, In my spare time I enjoy lots of hobbies including drawing and painting & photography, I spent 10 years of my adult life working as a Chef working my way up from kitchen porter to sous, I still love cooking and I’m always roped in to help with any family event, when I’m not cooking I’m gaming, love a good night in with some retro consoles and my lovely lady.

I’m Alecta’s Finance Manager and have supported Mark, our MD, across many areas of the business from very early on, until finding my niche in the finance department.
I’m a working mum who is devoted to my three sons, and I spend a lot of time getting them to their various activities – sometimes I think they have busier social lives than I do! When I get some time to myself, I love seeing friends and family, exercising, and going for long walks, meals out, and spa days.

With a technical background as a Catering Engineer, I founded Alecta in 2017 and serve as Managing Director. Alecta has been built on the foundations of my values, as well as my commitment to upholding high standards and offering a fantastic client experience.
Outside of Alecta, I enjoy socialising and creating new, long-lasting relationships. I love to spend quality time with my family, with a wife and three sons to keep me on my toes. My other interests are supporting my boys with football, personal development, keeping fit, being out in the New Forest, theatre and singing – I’m always happy to put out a tune on request!
NICOLA
Operations Manager
I’m Niki, Operations Manager at Alecta. My job is managing the service side of the business, responding to clients and managing the engineers days to ensure that we deliver a high level of service and a quick turnaround on parts to alleviate downtime of business critical appliances.
I’m a busy Mum of two boys so to relax I love taking Casper out on long walks to the forest or beach. I enjoy going to the gym and I also take part in amateur dramatics and enjoy performing with Ringwood Musical and Dramatic Society.
