When my mum's oven broke down, she didn’t know where to turn. We called Alecta in the hope they could repair it promptly. Despite living in ‘Covid’ times’ the Alecta Engineer, Mark arrived and was very efficient. He wore a mask and a fresh pair of overalls, sanitising on entry and exit and was very safety conscious. Above all, he was very friendly and polite. After quickly diagnosing the problem, the Alecta Team were very efficient in ordering the parts required and returned promptly to complete the repair of the oven. Our oven is working perfectly again, a very efficient and safe service, we will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
