As part of the move, Alecta has invested in specialist facilities designed to support both client experience and culinary innovation. At the heart of this is a standout feature that sets the new premises apart.
This, of course, is the new and improved, fully functioning development kitchen where clients and visitors can experience hands-on commercial kitchen equipment demonstrations, helping customers make informed decisions with confidence.
In addition to live demonstrations, the purpose-built development kitchen offers a creative space for clients to hire, enabling them to experiment with menu development and process innovation, often with the support of an on-site chef or their own team.
