We appointed Alecta Technical Solutions 4 years ago as I wanted to make sure we had the service levels to ensure minimal breakdowns and minimal disruptions to our business. Alecta has supported our catering managers with 7 days a week breakdown support, goning to all lengths to ensure we can deliver the service levels and standards our customers expect for a long-established local business.
