On Tuesday 9 September, Alecta proudly hosted the very first Synergy Grill eXperience Day at its Ringwood demonstration kitchen.
The event brought together chefs, suppliers, and business leaders for a day filled with live demonstrations, networking, and culinary innovation.
Over 90 people registered their interest in the event, with an impressive turnout on the day. Guests enjoyed live cooking demonstrations led by Executive Chef Jason Ruston, who showcased the groundbreaking technology behind the Synergy Grill.
From its patented design to the distinctive flavour it delivers, the grill highlighted why it is becoming a must-have in commercial kitchens across the UK.
Attendees also explored Alecta’s development kitchen, which features equipment from other leading brands such as Rational and Retigo, while networking with colleagues, suppliers, and business professionals from across the region.
